#This photo means so much, it was the point where Mary realises how much she loves and has to be with Matthew. The way she’s looking at him in the photo shows so many emotions; love, torture for not being able to be with him and how much she truly cares. This is why I love Mary, when you see this picture and scene of her watching over Matthew then you’ll realise she’s not a careless bitch who is only in competition with Edith. You’ll see that she does have a heart and cares about Matthew equally, if not more than Lavinina. And that is why I hate it when people call Mary a heartless bitch.
